We offer a 7-day return policy for all unopened and unused products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, visit our Contact page or call our customer support. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Yes! Many of our products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin. We use gentle, natural ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals like parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances. Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Express delivery options are available for an additional charge.
